Eisenberg wollte die Türme wegen der Asbestverseuchung loswerden (sie zu renovieren hätte Milliarden verschlungen) und nur wenige Monate vor den Anschlägen, wird Larry Silverstein (Silverstein Properties ) zum Pächter = Leaseholder der Twin Towers und über finanzielle Unterstützung der Blackstone Group Inc. sogar zum Eigentümer der Twin - Towers. Diese waren dann ab Sommer, auch gegen einen potentiellen terroristischen Anschlag versichert.

Aber da kommt noch ein weiterer Mann ins Spiel:

Marvin Bush, Georges W's jüngerer Bruder. Marvin Bush war Direktor von Securacom, derjenigen Gesellschaft, welche für die Sicherheit in den Gebäuden zuständig waren, aber auch für die von United Airlines und Dulles International Port. All diese Verbindungen tauchen in den Berichten der Untersuchungskommission nicht auf.
